I can categorically state that I have lost 2.5kg these past 4 months.Whether from exercises or from refraining to eat 6 slices of bread per day, is not the question. Sufficient to say that I have upted my exercise routine to walking
faster on the treadmill and incorperating a gradiant of 0.5 :) I am OK with slight facial sweat and the fact that I can 'feel' my muscles working.
Not eating my 'daily kwota' of bread is still a bummer, that bums me between the eyes every second day !! I am gaining ground with this addiction of 'bread PLUS whatever is at hand to plaster/pile on' Perhaps if I can put a name to it, my addiction and me can have a friendly chat and get to a understanding . -something like Less is More ?! For now I am off to make a nourishing hot chocolate meal replacement lunch . . . Just need to bypass the 'broodblik' on the way :)

I really do not want to. . . I am sure I can cope on my own . . . .Going to the gym for the first time, at an age when you have to accept that you will more times than not, be called 'Tannie' or 'Oom' is an effort I am not up to, so back to bed with my herbal tea and a sandwich waiting on the night stand!!
During the last , at least 36, years I have been coping- and that is about as much as I have been doing...COPING . . .Not moving forward, not falling behind, just COPING. Tomorrow I will start , for today, . . I cope !!
Anyone interested in joining a class in exercise_coping?

DeleteNa vanaand se sjokolade- net 2 blokkies- MET 'n glas water agterna om die lus af te spoel- eet ek weer gesond en kou heerlike wortel stokkie-stukkies om aan die gang te bly tot middagete 'n GROOT stuk gevulde hoenderbors en bietjie van al die groentes in my yskas, saam met heerlike Basmati rys!!
